Refund Policy

1. Course Fee Payments

All course fees paid to Pride Trading Academy are for access to educational content, live sessions, mentorship, and community support as described in the respective program details. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund Eligibility

No-show / non-attendance	No refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration or enrolment fees (if charged separately)
• Course materials, PDFs, or digital downloads once accessed
• WhatsApp community or group access fees
• Any fees paid for completed sessions or workshops

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within the eligible timeframe:

• Phone: 9398186017 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM)

Please include your full name, registered mobile number, payment reference number, and reason for cancellation in your request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of enrolment.

6. Batch Rescheduling by Pride Trading Academy

If we cancel or reschedule a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be offered:

• A full transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost, or
• A full refund of the course fee paid

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, please write to support@pridetradingacademy.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
