Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pride Trading Academy provides educational services and digital training programs. As we do not ship physical products, this policy outlines the terms governing the delivery of our digital course materials, portal access, and live training sessions.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all programs, courses, webinars, and mentorship sessions offered through pridetradingacademy.com. All deliverables are provided in digital formats.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Course Materials & Portal Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, your unique login credentials and portal access link will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours.
- Live Mentorship & Training Sessions: The schedule, access links (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform), and onboarding instructions for live training sessions will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled batch start date.
- Community Access: Invitation links to join our exclusive WhatsApp and Telegram student communities will be shared with you via email or SMS within 24 hours of enrollment.
3. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Since all our programs and educational resources are delivered online/digitally:
- There are **no shipping or delivery fees** applicable.
- No physical documents, CDs, or books will be sent to your postal address.
4. Delivery Conditions & Requirements
To ensure successful delivery of course access details, you must:
- Provide a valid and active email address during checkout/registration.
- Provide an active WhatsApp-enabled mobile number.
- Ensure your email server does not block support messages (please check your Spam or Promotions folders if you do not receive details within 24 hours).
5. Delay or Non-Delivery of Access Details
If you have completed your payment and have not received your access credentials or session schedules within 24 hours, please contact us immediately so we can manually resolve the issue:
